Job summary

Wildflower Day Nurseries & Preschools is seeking a friendly Family Engagement & Admissions Coordinator to be the welcoming face for prospective and existing families. You will manage the family journey from initial enquiry through to registration and a child’s first day, coordinating tours and communicating clearly.

The role is full-time and remote with occasional travel. You will work with nursery teams, use Famly and CRM systems, and track enquiries, reporting on occupancy and conversion to

Qualifications

• Experience in nurseries or early years setting is preferred.
• Experience in school admissions, childcare enrolments or education is beneficial.
• Customer service or sales experience with a focus on building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for prospective families via phone, email or website.
• Guide families from initial enquiry to registration and first day.
• Arrange tours and follow up with families after visits.
• Support newsletters, parent communications and events across nurseries.
• Track enquiries, tours and registrations and report on conversion.
