Job summary

Wildflower Day Nurseries & Preschools is hiring a Family Engagement & Admissions Coordinator. The role will manage the parent journey from initial enquiry to registration and first day, acting as the friendly face for prospective families across multiple nurseries.

You will handle enquiries, tours, and follow-ups, coordinate communications, newsletters, events, and reporting. Strong relationship skills and organisational ability are essential for success in a remote role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Adept at building relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for prospective families via phone, email, or website.
• Arrange nursery tours and ensure parents know what to expect.
• Follow up after tours and keep families engaged throughout the process.
• Track enquiries, registrations and start dates using Famly and coordinate with nursery managers.
• Coordinate monthly newsletters and parent communications across nurseries.
• Organise open days and family engagement events and prepare promotional materials.
