Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries Ltd. is seeking an Integration Coordinator to drive the seamless onboarding of newly acquired nurseries and ensure timely integration into the business.

You will act as the main point of contact for nurseries, coordinate implementation activities, and monitor progress against milestones, escalating risks when needed. This role offers a collaborative environment within a growing, child-focused group.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration processes for newly acquired nurseries, ensuring actions are planned, scheduled and completed within timescales.
• Act as point of contact for nurseries during integration, providing support, guidance and regular communication.
• Maintain oversight of integration trackers, ensuring actions are recorded and updated for internal depts and external companies.
• Monitor progress against milestones, identify risks or delays and escalate as needed to the Integration Manager and Integrations Director.
• Facilitate integration calls, ensuring actions are captured and followed through to completion.
• Support review and improvement of integration processes to enhance efficiency and experience for incoming nurseries.
• Coordinate Famly implementation activities for new nurseries joining the group.
• Support nursery managers with system setup requirements and ensure information is gathered and configured accurately.
• Monitor Famly implementation tasks and ensure deadlines are met with nurseries.
• Provide guidance on system processes and signpost to support and training resources.
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to resolve implementation issues with minimal disruption.
• Produce and maintain reports on implementation progress, completion rates and outstanding actions.

Reporting to: Childcare Integration Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate integration processes for newly acquired nurseries, ensuring all actions are planned, scheduled and completed within agreed timescales.
• Act as a point of contact for nurseries during the integration period, providing support, guidance and regular communication to ensure a smooth transition into the business.
• Maintain oversight of integration trackers, ensuring all actions are accurately recorded and regularly updated for internal depts and external companies
• Monitor progress against key milestones, identifying any risks, challenges or delays and escalating concerns where appropriate. Feeding information back regular to the Childcare Integration manager and Integrations Director.
• Facilitate integration calls, ensuring actions are captured, communicated and followed through to completion.
• Support the continuous review and improvement of integration processes to enhance efficiency and the overall experience for incoming nurseries.
• Participate in the coordination of Famly implementation activities for new nurseries joining the group.
• Support nursery managers and leadership teams with system setup requirements, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and configured accurately.
• Monitor progress of Famly implementation tasks and work closely with nurseries to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide guidance on system processes and functionality, signposting users to appropriate support and training resources where required.
• Liaise with internal teams and external system providers to resolve implementation issues, ensuring minimal disruption to nursery operations.
• Produce and maintain reports relating to implementation progress, completion rates and outstanding actions.
