Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a Senior Family Engagement Officer to help engage families at entry to services, manage the reception area, and maintain high standards of data integrity. You will signpost families to local services and support the centre's operations with strong ICT skills.

The role involves coordinating the ante-natal programme, reporting outcomes, and working across multidisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level including English and Maths.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Experience using ICT software and working in a children's centre.
• Ability to manage data and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist induction and training of peers as needed.
• Deliver customer care to residents and visitors in line with Council standards.
• Manage reception and maintain a welcoming, safe environment with proper safety procedures.
• Maintain the children’s centre database and handle registrations/attendance with accuracy.
• Lead on the coordination of the 'Your Bump and Beyond' ante-natal programme and support families.
• Produce statistical reports and management information for locality management.
