Job summary

Nivoda is seeking a high-velocity Sales SDR to inbound leads and outbound prospects, quickly qualifying them and booking demos for the AE. This is a transactional role with multichannel outreach, CRM discipline, and weekly activity/demos targets.

You’ll use phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, keep CRM immaculate, and contribute to learnings that improve messaging and targeting. Remote in Europe; English fluency required; jewellery knowledge not needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with a transactional, high-volume motion.
• Excellent phone and writing skills; comfortable with 60–80+ meaningful touches a day.
• Process-driven with cadence-based working practices and CRM hygiene.
• Coachable and resilient; maintains energy through end-of-month peaks.
• English proficiency at professional/native level.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads within SLA and convert them to booked demos.
• Execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists with rapid personalization.
• Qualify buyers by type, purchase volume, intent, and timeline.
• Book, confirm, and minimize no-shows with pre-demo touches.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and feed learnings back to improve messaging.
• Track and report activity, demos, and conversions weekly.
