Job summary

Nivoda is seeking a Growth and Demand Gen Lead to own how we find and win new jewellers. This hands-on role requires building and running paid, SEO, and ABM programs, and turning channels into a scalable engine that delivers qualified leads.

You will start as an IC with ownership, collaborating with our GTM and data engineering teams, with a clear path to leading a team as the function expands. Remote-friendly and fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or demand gen with scalable channels.
• Hands-on paid expertise: manage Google and Meta campaigns yourself.
• Experience across multiple channels: paid plus SEO, ABM, lifecycle, or net-new experiments.
• Strong attribution and analytics, numbers-driven.
• Hands-on IC on a small team with growth mindset.
• Bias for experiments and willingness to use AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own net-new customer acquisition strategy and execute hands-on.
• Run paid channels day-to-day (Google and Meta).
• Identify and build repeatable, scalable channels.
• Grow SEO and AEO presence.
• Design and run account-based programs.
• Lean into value-first content like Jeweller Business Health Check.
• Work with data and GTM engineering to ensure measurability.
• Hand off qualified leads to SDRs and close the loop.
• Raise the bar on tests and scale growth ideas.
• Report on what's working and reinvest.
