Job summary

Nivoda is seeking a high-energy SDR to drive inbound and outbound sales for our diamond and gemstone marketplace. You will qualify leads and book demos, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in SaaS or tech sales, excel at phone and written outreach, and maintain CRM hygiene with relentless follow-up. Remote work across Europe is offered with unlimited growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with a transactional, high-volume motion.
• You are on the phone and in writing, with 60–80+ meaningful touches per day.
• Process-driven, with cadences and CRM hygiene as a habit.
• Coachable and resilient; treat 'no' as data and stay energetic month-end.
• Native or professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work inbound leads within SLA (minutes) and convert to booked demos.
• Build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists and personalize fast.
• Qualify buyers by type, purchase volume, intent, and timeline.
• Book, confirm, and protect the demo; use reminders to reduce no-shows.
• Keep the CRM immaculate; log touches and disposition leads accurately.
• Feed learnings back on objections, messaging, and segments that convert.
