In this role you will manage the enrolment pipeline in a CRM, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to meeting enrolment targets through consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in a dedicated sales role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Strong communication across phone, video, and written channels.
• Experience with CRM and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
• Resilience, persistence, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work remotely with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through each stage of the application and enrolment.
• Engage leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy.
• Use CRM to manage, track, and optimise the enrolment pipeline.
• Deliver timely, professional, and supportive communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handovers to newly enrolled learners.
• Clearly communicate the value, structure, and outcomes of available programme options.
• Contribute to meeting enrolment targets through consistent activity and consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM platforms.
• Participate in training and upskilling sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Encourage student referrals to support overall enrolment growth.
