Job summary

Peopleworth is seeking an enthusiastic enrolment advisor to guide prospective learners through the end-to-end application and enrolment journey, providing clear information about programmes and options. You will engage leads via phone, email and video, manage the CRM pipeline, and collaborate with teams to support learners and hit enrolment targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience in high-value consumer services or similar with at least three years in a sales role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication across phone, video, and written channels.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records.
• Ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective learners through each stage of the application and enrolment journey.
• Engage leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy.
• Use CRM systems to manage, track, and optimise the enrolment pipeline.
• Deliver high-quality, timely, and supportive communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers for new learners.
• Clearly communicate programme options and outcomes to learners.
• Contribute to meeting enrolment targets through consistent activity and consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity across CRM platforms.
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Encourage referrals to support enrolment growth.
