Job summary

Peopleworth is seeking an enrolment advisor to guide prospective learners through the end-to-end journey, providing clear information about programmes and supporting progression from enquiry to application.

You will engage leads via phone, email, and video, manage the enrolment pipeline in our CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful outcomes. This remote role offers UK-wide flexibility and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a dedicated sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience selling in high-value consumer services or similar.
• Strong communication across phone, video, and written channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective learners through the enrolment journey from enquiry to application.
• Engage leads via phone, email and video within a structured strategy.
• Use CRM to track, manage and optimise the enrolment pipeline.
• Deliver timely, professional, supportive communication to applicants.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handovers to new learners.
• Explain programme options clearly, highlighting value and outcomes.
• Contribute to meeting enrolment targets through consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity across CRM platforms.
• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
