Peopleworth is seeking a remote, full-time enrolment adviser to guide prospective learners through the application and enrolment journey. You will engage leads across phone, email, and video, using a consultative approach to inform programme options and support growth in student numbers.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, at least 3 years in sales, and experience with CRM systems. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and maintain high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a dedicated sales role in high-value consumer services.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Support prospective students by guiding them through each stage of the application and enrolment process.

• Maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity across CRM platforms.
• Participate in training and upskilling sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Encourage student referrals to support overall enrolment growth.
