Qualifications

• Three+ years of sales experience in high-value consumer services or similar environments.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication across phone, video, and written channels.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective learners through every stage of the enrolment journey.
• Engage leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy.
• Use CRM to manage, track, and optimise the enrolment pipeline.
