Using CRM systems to manage the pipeline, you will drive consultative selling, support learners with timely communication, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and strong enrolment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a dedicated sales role.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email and video.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data.
• Ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective learners through the enrolment journey.
• Engage leads via phone, email and video within a structured strategy.
• Maintain enrolment records and track progress in the CRM.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience and timely communication.
