We Do Play Group is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for a fully remote, UK-based position. You will support managers across our multi-brand leisure group with a range of employee relations matters and lead investigations where needed.

The role requires CIPD Level 3 (essential) with Level 5 preferred, and a proactive, organised approach to handling complex cases across a multi-site business. Expect a collaborative, evolving People function and opportunities to shape policies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as an Employee Relations Advisor or HR advisor.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance.
• Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations independently from start to finish.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including formal investigation reports.

• Provide practical guidance on disciplinary matters, grievances, absence, performance and workplace concerns.
• Independently manage workplace investigations, including fact-finding, witness interviews and reports.
• Support managers through formal employee relations processes ensuring fair, consistent handling.
• Help managers build confidence to manage people matters within their teams.
• Maintain accurate case records and progress cases appropriately.
• Identify opportunities to improve policies, procedures and ways of working.
