Job summary

Creideas is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to advise managers across the UK and Republic of Ireland, delivering practical, legally compliant guidance on a broad range of ER issues. You will manage a varied caseload and support change projects in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling diverse ER cases across the UK.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and related guidance.
• Ability to influence managers and manage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and wellbeing matters.
• Provide expert advice to managers on complex employee relations issues.
• Support Employment Tribunal activity, including early conciliation, case preparation and documentation.
• Assist with organisational change projects, including restructures, redundancy, redeployment and TUPE.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Analyse employee relations trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and risk reduction.
