Job summary

Action for Children are seeking an experienced HR professional to join the team remotely in the UK. You will advise on employee relations, support managers, safeguard employment matters and maintain accurate HR records using information systems.

The role requires CIPD qualification, solid knowledge of employment law and strong stakeholder collaboration. You will also help deliver HR workshops, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to continuous organisational improvement while upholding

Qualifications

• CIPD professional qualification or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of key employment law.
• Ability to build credibility and relationships across the service.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrable leadership to drive organisational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional HR guidance on a range of matters.
