Job summary

pladis Global is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to shape fair and compliant people practices across the UK workforce. You will partner with managers and HR to navigate sensitive issues, lead investigations, and ensure commercial, legally compliant outcomes.

You will develop expertise in employment law while handling disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters in a dynamic, remote-first, UK-wide environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases across UK employment law.
• Experience supporting or conducting investigations, hearings and appeals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on a diverse range of complex employee relations matters.
• Conduct and support investigations into disciplinary, grievance and workplace concerns.
• Coach managers to handle people matters and make employment decisions.
• Develop capability across the business with practical employment law guidance.
• Maintain compliant, balanced outcomes and good employee experience.
