Careers Wales Connect seeks an Employability Coach (Welsh Essential) to inspire and support clients across Wales through digital channels, including telephone, webchat and social media. The role is mainly home-based with office attendance as required by the business.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with ability to communicate clearly.
• Welsh language ability essential.
• Experience using digital channels (telephone, webchat, social media).
• Experience in information and advice provision helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and advice to clients to plan their future careers.
• Support clients with CVs and job searching activities.
• Work with Careers Wales Connect services to assist diverse client groups.
