Careers Wales Connect is seeking an Employability Coach (Welsh Essential) to inspire and support clients across Wales. The role is predominantly home-based with a 37-hour week and a Monday-to-Friday pattern, with an office base and rota-based attendance.

You will deliver bilingual information and advice, help with CVs and job searching, and support varied client groups including young people, parents, and adults seeking work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering information and advice in a bilingual setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Welsh language ability is essential for daily work.

Responsabilités

• Provide information and advice to diverse clients to support career progression.
• Assist with CVs, job searching and interview preparation.
• Deliver employability support and guidance to young people, parents and jobseekers.
• Maintain accurate records and work to service delivery standards.
