Job summary

Careers Wales Connect is seeking an Employability Coach (Welsh Essential) to inspire and support clients across Wales, primarily from home with an office base and 9am-5pm coverage on a rota.

Welsh language fluency is essential; the role is full-time (37 hours per week) with a starting salary of £26,276 and a range up to £28,256. Flexi time, 31 days leave and a pension scheme are among benefits.

Qualifications

• Welsh language skills are essential for daily communication.
• Experience in customer service or advisory roles is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate information clearly to diverse client groups.

• Support and inspire clients to secure the best career options.
• Provide information and advice to help clients manage their careers.
• Assist with employability tasks (CVs, job searching) for clients.
• Help clients achieve positive outcomes in education, training and employment.
