Careers Wales is seeking an Employability Coach (Welsh Essential) to inspire and support clients across Wales. This digital role allows you to work from home most of the time, with an office base as required, and requires Welsh language proficiency.

Salary starts at £26,276 and rises to £28,256, with a 37-hour week on a rota covering 9am–5pm. Benefits include flexi time, generous leave, a contributory pension and a health cash-back plan.

Competenze

• Educated to Level 3 standard or equivalent.
• Welsh language skills essential for daily work.
• Willingness to complete Level 4 Diploma in Career Information and Advice if not already held.
• Basic Disclosure check required.
