Job summary

Careers Wales Connect is seeking an Employability Coach (Welsh Essential) to inspire and support jobseekers across Wales. The role is full-time (37 hours) and largely remote, with an office base and occasional attendance as required.

Welsh language skills are essential to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders. You will provide information and advice on CVs, job searching and career planning, while also coordinating with young people, parents and adults to help them enter work or

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience communicating via phone, webchat and social media.
• Ability to work in bilingual environments (Welsh/English).

Responsibilities

• Provide information and advice to support clients in CVs and job searching.
• Help clients plan and manage their careers with coaching and guidance.
• Support clients to secure employment or move into training.
• Work with diverse client groups including young people, parents and adults.
