Rapid Electronics is seeking a Business Development Manager (Field Based) to drive growth across Midlands and the West. You will translate technical requirements into value-led solutions, build long-term customer relationships, and manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Ideal candidates will have proven technical sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to interpret specifications for customer needs.

Responsibilities
