hireful is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert for a fully remote role. You’ll provide hands-on consultancy, act as escalation point, and help clients maximise D365 and Power Platform solutions.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, remote support, and building strong client relationships across Power Apps, Power Automate and data integrations. Experience in similar Dynamics 365 roles is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience in a support or technical role.
• Strong Power Platform administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows.

Responsabilités

• Act as a technical escalation point for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues.
• Take support calls, manage cases and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex D365, Power Platform and integration issues.
• Provide remote consultancy and technical support to clients.
• Investigate issues across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows.
• Maintain accurate case notes, time records and work diaries.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver an exceptional client experience.
