Job summary

hireful in the United Kingdom is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert for a fully remote role. You’ll provide hands-on consultancy, resolve complex issues, and become a trusted technical partner to clients.

The role focuses on D365 support, Power Platform administration, data integrations, and remote advisory across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows. Excellent client experience and SLAs are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Dynamics CRM/D365 experience in a support or technical role.
• Strong Power Platform administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations in D365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical escalation point for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Handle support calls, manage cases, and resolve incidents per SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex D365 and integration issues.
• Provide remote consultancy and technical client support.
• Investigate issues across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows.
• Maintain accurate case notes, time records, and diaries.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver excellent client experience.
