Job summary

hireful is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert to join our fully remote team in the UK. You will become a trusted technical partner to clients, delivering hands-on consultancy and building lasting relationships as you help maximise D365 and Power Platform investments.

This role suits someone with Dynamics CRM/D365 experience in a support or technical consultancy capacity and offers a base salary of £35k-£40k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience in a support or technical role.
• Strong Power Platform administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and data flows.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical escalation point for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues.
• Take support calls, manage cases and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex D365, Power Platform and integration issues.
• Provide remote consultancy and technical support to clients.
• Investigate issues across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows.
• Maintain accurate case notes, time records and work diaries.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Desirable skills include: D365 Customer Insights Journeys, Azure Data Factory, REST APIs, ClickDimensions, DocumentsCorePack, SQL Server and Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit. Experience with charity fundraising systems is also valuable.
