Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our Services Reliability Group. You will provide expert consultancy, solution design, development, and technical leadership across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for diverse customers.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, deliver enhancements, integrations, and migrations, and guide delivery teams to success in a managed services environment. Strong customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) platform and core technologies.
Hands-on experience developing Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Custom APIs, and integrations.
Experience delivering Dynamics 365 migrations and upgrade projects.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level consultancy, support, and technical leadership for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Design, configure, customise, and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications to meet requirements.
Deliver enhancements, change requests, and project-based development across portfolios.
Build and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse components.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and performance issues.
Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
