Job summary

John Davidson Pipes (JDP) is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth in the UK data centre sector. You will win opportunities with developers, operators, consultants, and contractors, promoting JDP’s drainage, ducting, protection, water management, and infrastructure solutions.

You will build strategic relationships, secure specifications, and manage a robust project pipeline while representing JDP at industry events and exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Proven business development or specification sales experience within construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, or utilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business growth strategy for the UK data centre market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across developers, consultants, contractors, and operators.
• Secure product specifications and project opportunities from early design through to project delivery.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Manage a strong pipeline of data centre projects and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Represent JDP at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
