Job summary

You will lead strategic sales planning, build key client relationships, and convert opportunities into invoiced work while collaborating with operations to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales or account management in B2B services.
• Knowledge of the drainage industry.
• Public sector tender experience is desirable.
• Experience managing sales and/or account management personnel.
• Ability to tailor solutions from Jet Aire’s services.
• Strong planning and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders and recurring contracts.
• Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and service packages to prospects.
• Monitor industry trends, market changes and competitor activity.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and attend events to engage customers.
• Win and manage contracted and non-contracted sales to grow gross margin and EBITDA.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely, competitive quotations.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Build a robust growth pipeline and contribute to forecasting.
