Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Development Manager, Technical Lead, or Lead Developer within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Must have line-management experience leading development teams.
• Strong experience with Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and line-manage a team of 10 developers across D365 and Power Platform projects.
• Oversee development, delivery, and technical quality across various applications.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
