Back To Work is hiring a Remote Customer Service Advisor to support customers across phone, email and live chat. You will deliver clear, accurate, and empathetic service while reflecting the client’s values. The role offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours and full remote work.

You’ll be trained and supported, working with multi-channel platforms, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high service levels from a home-based, flexible setup.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information, resolve queries and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Navigate multiple online systems to update customer records and manage cases.
• Follow all data protection and quality assurance guidelines.
• Demonstrate a “customer‑first” approach, ensuring positive engagement in all interactions.
• Escalate issues appropriately and follow required processes for complaints or safeguarding.
• Work autonomously in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and service levels.
• Attend mandatory training, coaching and performance feedback sessions.
• Provide professional support for client brands and customer communities with continuous updates.
