Job summary

Tamfol is recruiting for a REMOTE Customer Service Advisor. The position offers a flexible schedule with both part-time and full-time options. After a one-week induction at our Hove office, you will work remotely, handling inbound customer service calls for a variety of clients.

The role includes weekend shifts and a starting pro-rated salary based on full-time equivalence. Successful candidates will be reliable, with strong English communication and basic computer typing skills.

Qualifications

• Polite and friendly communicator with a positive attitude.
• Able to speak English clearly and spell to a good level.
• Familiarity with typing on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls for multiple clients.
• Complete initial induction and training at the Hove office.
• Work predominantly remotely with flexible hours; some weekend coverage.
