Qualifications

• Customer service or contact centre experience, including complaint handling
• Excellent verbal and written communication across multiple channels
• Strong attention to detail, basic maths, problem solving, resilience under pressure
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
• Ability to explain complex financial information clearly or support customers with empathy
• Experience in complex enquiries, triage or technical service desks (desirable)
