Job summary

Westward Housing Group is looking for a Customer Enabling Advisor to support customers from our Newton Abbot office. This is a homeworking role with a designated office and requires reasonable travel to Newton Abbot for monthly meetings.

You will communicate via phone, email and SMS about tenancy queries, repairs, estate management and rent payments, delivering an excellent service. The 12-month fixed-term contract includes full training and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
• Excellent communication and empathy with diverse customers.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and SMS about tenancy queries.
• Handle repairs, tenancy/estate management questions, and rent payments.
• Attend monthly team meetings and training at Newton Abbot.
• Maintain data accuracy and protect customer information.
