Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a technically confident Customer Success Manager to partner with Growth customers across the UK. You will own a named book, understand data flows, and translate goals into value using Bloomreach and Loomi capabilities.

This is a remote-friendly role with UK-wide scope and a London office option for in-person collaboration. You will work across automated, self-serve and 1:many programs, with 1:1 sessions when needed, driving adoption and retention while staying abreast of AI

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS or marketing tech.
• Hands-on with a marketing automation platform (e.g., Bloomreach, Klaviyo, Braze).
• Knowledge of web tracking and data integration across systems.
• Strong SQL or spreadsheet skills to sanity-check data.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of marketing attribution (last vs multi-touch).
• Structured approach to problem-solving and hypothesis testing.

Responsibilities

• Own a named book of Growth customers, serving as the main point of contact.
• Translate customer goals into clear recommendations and success plans connecting Bloomreach capabilities.
• Coordinate with consultancy, partners or Support with well-scoped work.
• Deliver scalable engagement programs including masterclasses, webinars and workshops.
• Monitor adoption, usage and data quality signals across your book and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Account Management to align adoption, value and renewal discussions.
