Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Professional Services team in London or work from home on a full-time basis. You will help some of the world’s biggest brands create the next generation of digital experiences using Bloomreach’s brXM platform through Java and modern frontend tech.

You’ll lead client projects, drive architectural decisions, mentor peers, and collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure robust, scalable integrations while occasionally traveling within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or IT-related field.
• 6+ years of Developer experience, 4+ years with Java.
• Experience leading client relationships.
• Experience with enterprise/cloud software.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel occasionally for client work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bloomreach developer on client projects with global reach.
• Assist with integration using Java and frontend frameworks (Vue/Angular/React).
• Support architecture decisions with Spring and Maven when relevant.
• Validate discovery, scope, and solution design for integrations.
• Assess technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Mentor peers and collaborate with Solution Architects; travel occasionally within EMEA.
