Job summary

Bloomreach is growing its Customer Success team and is hiring a Customer Success Manager for Western Europe. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with top e-commerce clients, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize the value of Bloomreach’s CDP Pillar, and ensuring alignment with client goals and strategy.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, with strong knowledge of e-commerce, marketing trends, and the ability to lead teams or own projects.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in B2B SaaS in online retail/e-commerce analytics, marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of business trends and the ability to understand clients’ business models quickly.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, marketing and current industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor and industry expert able to challenge the status quo.
• Ensure CDP Pillar delivers value to the client at every moment of the cooperation.
• Educate the client about the best ways forward and ensure CDP is aligned with client goals and strategy.
