MMDSmart Ltd. is seeking a driven Account Executive to own new business acquisition and account growth across the EMEA region.

This remote role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, selling CPaaS solutions to mid‑market and enterprise clients with high‑volume customer communication needs. You will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, conduct product demos, and negotiate terms to meet quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Telecom or CPaaS.
• Proven quota attainment in a new-business role.
• Experience selling into EMEA markets.
• Strong consultative selling translating APIs to business value.

Responsibilities

• Own a sales pipeline across the EMEA region from lead to close.
• Identify clients needing WhatsApp API, SMS, or push solutions.
• Conduct product demos and consultative sales conversations.
• Build relationships with decision-makers (marketing, CX, IT).
• Negotiate terms and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with success, marketing, and product for onboarding.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Stay updated on regional messaging regulations.
