Job summary

Another Avenue is expanding its Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship delivery. This full-time, remote trainer/tutor role requires hands-on content creation experience and a strong background in digital marketing.

You will deliver live online sessions, coach apprentices, assess work, and help shape curriculum while aligning with apprenticeship standards. Occasional travel to Manchester is mentioned as potential in the role.

Qualifications

• Recent hands-on experience across content creation, social media or digital marketing.
• Experience teaching or delivering apprenticeship-style training.
• Familiarity with apprenticeship standards and EPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live online sessions for Content Creator apprentices.
• Provide 1:1 technical coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to session design, activities and learner resources.
• Assess apprentice work and provide developmental feedback.
• Help design and improve curriculum content and plans.
• Record learner progress and assessment decisions in the e-portfolio system.
• Support quality assurance, standardisation and safeguarding practices.
