Job summary
Another Avenue is seeking a Content Creator Apprenticeship Trainer/Tutor to deliver live online sessions to Level 3 Content Creator apprentices and provide 1:1 coaching. The role is fully remote within the UK with occasional travel to Manchester, and involves shaping curriculum and assessment practice.
You will bring hands-on content creation and digital marketing experience, contribute to session design, and support learners through Gateway and EPA readiness, while maintaining audit-ready
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on industry experience across content creation and digital marketing.
- Experience delivering apprenticeship-style education with practical outcomes.
- Ability to design engaging online sessions and provide constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging live online workshops for Level 3 apprentices.
- Running 1:1 technical coaching sessions and providing practical coaching.
- Bringing industry practice to life with demonstrations and current examples.
- Teaching content planning, short-form video, copywriting and storytelling.
- Marking work to the standard and providing timely feedback.
- Adapting delivery for learners with different starting points.
- Supporting Gateway and End-Point Assessment preparation.
- Designing curriculum content, session plans and resources.
- Recording learning progress and feedback in the e-portfolio system.
- Contributing to quality assurance and safeguarding expectations.
