Job summary
Another Avenue, a Wilmslow-based training provider, is hiring a Content Creator Apprenticeship Trainer/Tutor to deliver Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeships remotely in the UK, with occasional travel to Manchester. You’ll combine hands-on industry experience with apprenticeship delivery.
You’ll design and deliver live online sessions, coach apprentices 1:1, assess work, and give constructive feedback. You’ll help shape curriculum, align with industry practice, and ensure compliance with
Qualifications
- Hands-on industry experience across content creation, social media, digital marketing or creative production.
- Experience with apprenticeship delivery and compliance requirements.
- Ability to design engaging live online sessions and provide coaching.
- Experience with Gateway and End-Point Assessment prep is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and feedback skills for marking and progression.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver live online workshops for Level 3 apprentices.
- Run 1:1 coaching sessions on practical content creation.
- Contribute to session design, activities, and resources.
- Assess apprentices and provide timely feedback.
- Record progress and maintain audit-ready learner records.
- Support EPA readiness and gateway prep.
- Embed safeguarding and inclusion in teaching.
- Keep industry knowledge current with AI trends.
