Job summary

Another Avenue is seeking an experienced Content Creator Apprenticeship Trainer/Tutor to deliver the Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship online to UK learners. You will provide 1:1 coaching, assess learners’ work and give actionable feedback while helping shape the programme as it evolves.

Delivery is fully remote with occasional travel to Manchester. The role requires hands-on industry experience in content creation, social media and digital marketing, plus familiarity with apprenticeship

Qualifications

Strong, hands-on industry experience across content creation, social media, digital marketing or creative production.
Experience delivering apprenticeship-style training with assessment and EPA familiarity.
Ability to design engaging live online workshops and practical activities.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver live online workshops for Level 3 Content Creator apprentices.
Run 1:1 coaching sessions to support practical content creation skills.
Demonstrate practical skills with real-world industry examples.
Teach content planning, strategy, storytelling, and analytics to learners.
Mark apprentice work against the standard and provide constructive feedback.
Adapt delivery for apprentices with different starting points and confidence levels.
