Job summary

Another Avenue is seeking a Content Creator Apprenticeship Trainer/Tutor to shape and deliver a Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship. This hands-on teaching role combines industry experience with apprenticeship delivery and live online sessions.

You’ll work remotely in the UK to deliver sessions, assess apprentices, provide feedback, and contribute to curriculum design. The role offers a salary of £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience with occasional travel to Manchester.

Qualifications

Hands-on industry experience across content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
Experience teaching or delivering apprenticeship-style training is advantageous.
Ability to design practical activities and live online sessions.
Familiarity with safeguarding, equality, and inclusion in education.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging live online workshops for Level 3 Content Creator apprentices.
Run 1:1 coaching sessions to develop practical content creation skills.
Provide timely, actionable feedback on apprentice work.
Contribute to session design and curriculum development as the programme evolves.
Record learner progress and maintain audit-ready learner records.
