Job summary

Another Avenue is recruiting a Content Creator Apprenticeship Trainer/Tutor to deliver live online sessions and provide 1:1 coaching for Level 3 Content Creator apprentices in a fully remote UK-based role with occasional travel to Manchester.

You’ll help shape the programme, design practical activities, and connect teaching to broader digital marketing practice while ensuring high standards of assessment and feedback.

Qualifications

• Hands-on industry experience across content creation and digital marketing.
• Experience teaching or mentoring in an apprenticeship or similar setting.
• Ability to design engaging sessions and practical activities.
• Familiarity with apprenticeship standards and EPA readiness is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live online workshops for Level 3 Content Creator apprentices.
• Provide 1:1 technical coaching and actionable feedback.
• Help shape programme delivery, session design and resources.
• Connect teaching to wider digital marketing concepts and campaigns.
• Record learner progress and ensure QA, safeguarding and inclusion.
