Job summary

Another Avenue is seeking an experienced Content Creator Apprenticeship Trainer/Tutor to deliver Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeships. This fully remote role, based in the UK, involves live online teaching, 1:1 coaching, and shaping the programme alongside industry practice.

You will work with apprentices across digital marketing, content planning, video and storytelling, ensuring practical, industry-relevant learning and EPA readiness. Occasional travel to Manchester may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on industry experience across content creation, social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to teach and guide apprentices through practical projects.
• Experience with apprenticeship delivery and EPA/Gateway preparation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live online sessions for Level 3 Content Creator apprentices.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and assess learner work with actionable feedback.
• Contribute to session design, activities and learner experience as the programme evolves.
• Connect content teaching to broader digital marketing trends and campaigns.
• Record learner progress and assessment outcomes in the e-portfolio system.
• Support safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion in delivery.
