Job summary

Another Avenue is seeking an experienced Content Creator Apprenticeship Trainer/Tutor to deliver Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship programmes. This is a hands-on, remote teaching role with live online sessions, 1:1 coaching and practical assessments.

You will shape curriculum, connect theory to industry practice, support apprentices through Gateway and EPA, and collaborate with the learning team to ensure engaging, outcomes-focused learning.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on industry experience across content creation, social media, digital marketing or creative production.
• Depth across content planning and strategy, short-form video, copywriting and storytelling, brand tone of voice, briefs and content performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live online workshops and 1:1 coaching for Level 3 Content Creator apprentices.
• Assess apprentice work and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum design, session plans and learning resources to improve learner experience.
