Job summary

Another Avenue, a Wilmslow-based training provider, seeks a Content Creator Apprenticeship Trainer/Tutor to deliver Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship training entirely online, with occasional travel to Manchester. You will coach apprentices, assess work, and help shape the programme content to ensure industry relevance.

The role emphasises practical delivery, safeguarding, and aligning teaching with apprenticeship standards. Fully remote work in the UK is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on industry experience across content creation, social media, digital marketing or creative production.
• Experience teaching or delivering apprenticeship or similar programs is highly desirable.
• Ability to design practical activities, resources and learner experiences.
• Comfort delivering virtually and adapting to learners with different starting points.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging live online workshops for Level 3 Content Creator apprentices.
• Run 1:1 coaching sessions and provide practical feedback.
• Create session designs, activities and learning resources.
• Assess apprentice work and support EPA readiness.
• Record learner progress on the e-portfolio system.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance.
