Assetara Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Manager to join our team remotely via the Assetara platform. You will act as a personal manager and frontline support specialist for subscribed clients, navigating platform tools and maintaining private CRM notes.

You will ensure concierge-level service while adhering to compliance, confidentiality, and anti-fraud protocols, with careful handling of client data and boundaries.

Qualifications

• Strict compliance with daily operational routines, activity presence tracking, and session management.
• Absolute adherence to confidentiality, anti-fraud protocols, and handling client data strictly on documented instructions.
• Never promise financial results, fixed timelines, or perform direct financial operations on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep knowledge of all company products to provide accurate, fact-based guidance to subscribed clients.
• Prioritize work via the Broker Dashboard—focus on unread messages, SLA risks, and at-risk client signals.
• Deliver professional, warm, and concise communication exclusively within the official workspace.
• Maintain strict separation between client-facing messages and internal Private notes.
• Review, edit, and fact-check AI-generated draft responses before submission.
• Use system tools to file complaints or manage client queues with clear operational justifications.
