You will serve as a key personal manager and frontline support specialist for clients with active subscriptions, guiding them through platform tools and ensuring a concierge-level experience while maintaining strict compliance and privacy.

You will master all product areas, manage queues and SLAs, communicate professionally within the official workspace, keep CRM private notes properly

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product knowledge to subscribed clients and guide them through platform tools.
• Prioritize and manage messages and SLA risks via the Broker Dashboard.
• Deliver professional, concise communication within the official workspace for clients.
• Maintain strict separation between client messages and internal Private notes in CRM.
• Review and fact-check AI-generated drafts before sending responses.
• Escalate and perform operational actions with clear justifications when needed.
