• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, handle SLA compliance, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes within the CRM system without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside approved boundaries according to company compliance rules.
